Understand Maintenance Plus integration

Configure Palace

To start using the Maintenance Plus integration you need to connect the 2 platforms. This area is permission-based. If you do not have access, ask your manager or administrator to assist you.

  • Go to System > Settings
  • Click on the Integrations Tab
  • Click on Activate M+ next to Maintenance Plus

  • A black pop-up box will appear asking to confirm or cancel. Click Confirm

Note: The setup will be completed in the background. Please wait for a successful message before refreshing or leaving the page.

  • Click Save changes

  • Click Dashboard

  • At the top right-hand side of Palace, you will see a new icon

  • Click on the icon and a new window will appear with Maintenance Plus showing inside of Palace.

Configure Maintenance Plus

Upon your initial login to Maintenance Plus, you’ll be prompted to complete the setup wizard. Within this wizard, you'll select your preferences, plan type, and input credit card details for subscription activation.

  • After you've entered your credit card details, the support Team at Bricks and Agent will receive the activation notice and validate your request. Once they've confirmed the payment details, they'll activate Maintenance Plus for you.

Note: You won't be able to access Maintenance Plus until you receive confirmation from the B&A team. When your request has been validated and activated, you will be able to start using the integration right away.

  • When your request has been validated and activated, click on the Maintenance Plus icon
  • Click on Settings (Cog)
  • Click on Integration & Imports
  • Select the entities you wish to be synced across from your Palace portfolio, i.e., Owner, Property, Tenant and Suppliers.

Note: The initial sync can take up to an hour to complete. You can check the status of the data sync via the Communications Dashboard.
