Note: You will need to create an account or sign in via single sign on, on the new platform to submit a new idea or vote for current ideas.
All Entities: Alerts: We've made two changes to improve our Entity Alerts function, check out the details below:
- Alerts are now available as merge fields in custom views and document templates - This will allow users to be able to easily identify what records have an alert set up against them.
- Alerts will now be displayed against a record when being viewed in a custom view - This will allow users to identify important information easily when looking at custom reports, or before progressing through to a mail merge.
Reports: Bonds Held: In order for our Users to easily identify when a bond was receipted, we have added a new Bond Receipt Date column to the Bonds Held report. The new column reflects the date in which the related tenants paid their bond to the Company: Receipt - Bond transaction (Last receipt/Refund date).
Reports: Comparative Market Analysis: We have fixed an issue where Users were not seeing Regions, Cities and Suburbs relevant to their Country settings in their database. You can now expect the filters on this report to take into account the database Country settings as expected.
Reports: Portfolio Summary: We have fixed an issue where Users were being presented with null values in the overdue segment of this report, this was due to the Management group filter not behaving correctly. You can now expect the report to generate with accurate overdue information when using the Management group filter.
Dashboard: Inspections: We have made an update to the method used behind the scenes for the Inspections graph on the user dashboard. This update means the method will now only be looking at inspection charges, instead of looking at any entry linked to the inspections diary group.
Keys: User filter update: The User filter available under the System Keys (User) area, will now look at the relevant users Full Name, instead of their Username. This was causing issues when a Users Full Name and Username did not match. Going forward this filter will no longer cause issues and will bring up your results as expected.
